C2c Rail wanted a series of short films to display current measures they are taking to continue to operate a safe service for their passengers.
To show the various customer experiences we brought in actors to play different passengers with different needs. Our crew followed them on their journeys capturing them accessing the services such as using the app, the new smart card and the accessibility services for disabled passengers.
We captured aerial footage of trains passing through different towns along the line to show the different communities they serve.
Subtitles for the voice over narration were added to all films for viewers accessing them on social media and for greater accessibility.
